The details.

Lisa’s pottery – each and every piece – is handcrafted by her and her alone from beginning to end.

Because all items are handcrafted by Lisa, there is no guarantee of uniformity. Each item will have unique characteristics. If you order multiples of the same item, each one will vary. Lisa does her best to ensure that general size and value are consistent on multiples.

Please note that the beauty of handbuilt pottery is the process involved to actually get to the finished piece.  There are many steps involved including every piece being fired twice and each of those firings takes at least 24 hours.

All items are made to order and will be ready within 4-8 weeks of the order received.

Please ask any questions prior to purchase, as all sales are final.

Shipping can be arranged for your order. Please note that shipping costs are based on weight, distance, and handling, and more items always cost more to ship.

Shipping pottery can be expensive depending on the weight of an item, or the dimensions of the box used to ship. lbh designs is a very small business and does not qualify for a discount on shipping. Lisa uses recycled materials for shipping in order to cut down on shipping costs. lbh designs does not make any profit on shipping, the price listed is either the actual cost or even slightly discounted.

With Love. With Joy.

Dream it.

lbh designs is a made-to-order, one-woman show and small pottery business. In order to make and fulfill your items, work begins shortly after your order is placed. As a result, once an order is placed and Lisa begins working, any modification or cancellation of the order may result in forfeiture of amounts already paid.

Build it.

Lisa is deeply passionate about each item she makes and wants you to be equally as excited about your new purchase. Upon receiving, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, she will honor a one-time 14-day credit. Due to these items' handbuilt, made-to-order nature, lbh designs does not offer returns or refunds unless items are received broken or damaged.

Enjoy it.

It is important to remember that each piece is handcrafted, and no two items are identical. While minimal, there are slight, and unavoidable variations due to the clay, glazes, and firing techniques used. Lisa’s work is not mass-produced, created in a factory, or on an assembly line. The variations of each piece are what make it uniquely yours! Her pottery is one of a kind, and the variations are meant to be embraced and appreciated for their character. Lisa hopes you enjoy your new pottery as much as she enjoyed crafting it for you!
